West City Villa

The lovely 2-bedroom West City Villa with a private outdoor heated Jacuzzi is located in Nerokouros village, 5 km away from the city of Chania. The location of the house, which is surrounded by olive groves, offers great mountain views and relaxation enjoying the peace and quiet of the Mediterranean nature, while the city center is a 10 minute drive away by car.

The house has a bedroom with a large double bed of 1,60m width, an attic with a small double bed of 1,30m width, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a small living room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker and a filter coffee machine. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hairdryer. The house also includes a satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and a parking area.

Outside the house there is a terrace and a great garden with a view to nature, Chania town and Souda bay. Barbecue facilities are provided as well. A lovely outdoor Jacuzzi on a deck, sunbeds and an outdoor shower are offered.

Guests have the opportunity to go hiking in the area where they can see old Turkish ruins, the Venetian Rafioli font or visit St. George’s gorge with the small chapel. There is nearby access to the national road and to many sandy beaches of Chania (Agioi Apostoli, Agia Marina, Platanias, Kalives, etc) with a 15 minute drive.

In the area there is a traditional café and a mini market. Chania airport is 19 km (20 min) away from the house while Souda port is only 3km (5 min) by car.
